Before the tasting begins, a ‘training session’ will be conducted to explore the world of multisensory tasting with the active participation of all participants.

Next, the challenge will begin: each team member will have to activate their sensory skills - unique and different in each of us - to reconstruct the organoleptic profile of the wines. But they will not stop there; they will also have to formulate a hypothesis about the grape variety, the region of origin, winemaking techniques and the ageing process.

Blind tasting, a ‘must’ for winelovers (certain admiration from some and fear from others), is a perfect team-building activity, as the challenge can only be successfully met if each team member makes use of their senses, which are unique and developed in different ways in each of us.

APERITIF LAB "BREAD & WINE"

A very fun experience that combines the creative aspect of bread-making with the world of food and wine pairing and offers networking opportunities.

Each team will have different tasks: one part will be in charge of baking bread (made from cassava flour with different seasonings such as saffron, nuts, chocolate and spices), while the other members will participate in a ‘lesson’ to learn the basics of food and wine pairing.

While one part of the team prepares the bread, the other members taste and evaluate the wines in order to later match them with the most appropriate condiment. Each team must fill out a game card and present their ‘ideal pairing’ to the jury..

WINETAINMENT “WINE CASINO’ GAME”

With this entertainment, guests will be projected into the casino world; with our magic mat, we will create the perfect atmosphere to play and bet chips on the correct answers.

Various blind wine tastings will be served and our sommelier croupier will ask questions not only about the organoleptic profile of the wines, but also about the grape variety, area of origin, sugar content, tannins, acidity and alcohol.
