You do not always taste, sometimes you play, smell, create, work and sometimes you savor.
Wine is involved in many occasions, just think of the business aperitif or the corporate dinner. But when it comes to the wine experience, wine is the protagonist. Charm, culture, engagement, our 5 senses, are the ingredients that make the difference.
Let's take some practical examples:
-
Corporate Congress or Conference - WINE TALK
What would you say if you suddenly heard a funny talk about wine or a wine-related topic at a business conference? The intent is to transport the audience into a positive reality so that they can then continue working with full concentration.
Obviously, one looks for a topic that adheres to the main topic of the conference, which is not particularly difficult, given the millennial history of wine; from A (indigenous) to S (sustainability), there is a wide range of topics to cover... if we want to connect people from different countries, we simply choose an international grape variety that grows in many countries around the world but develops different characteristics everywhere.

After work aperitif – WINE-QUIZ
Since the Covid pandemic, work behavior has changed significantly;
In many companies, face-to-face interaction within the team is no longer completely guaranteed as employees' time rotates due to home office offerings and reduced working hours.
What to do. It is important to bring staff together to ensure a relaxed exchange and to have fun together. We offer our wine quiz after work at the company's headquarters or another location: 15 to 30 minutes of wine fun led by our sommelier who has put together wine questions from all areas, from history to music, from oenology to film, from lifestyle to wine etiquette. Any employee can participate in the game by simply using their cell phone.
Our sommelier is entertainer and moderator: at the end there is a winner who is awarded a gadget or a bottle of wine. At the end, an aperitif is served with the tasting of two wines, and good humor is used to make up for the missed team exchange.

Business dinner -WINE-CRITICS-DINNER
You may be wondering what is the difference between a corporate dinner, where wine is served anyway, and a corporate wine-experience dinner?
One of our regular formats - which can be booked as a supplement to the already established corporate dinner - is the Wine-Critics-Dinner. We can organize it as a teambuilding (light) or as an individual game. At the beginning of the dinner, all guests receive an introduction to the topic of food/wine pairing with basic rules.

Wine-themed teambuilding – WINE-TEAMBUILDING
There is something for everyone! Our teambuildings are divided into creative, sensory, strategic and a team working format, which takes place in the vineyard.
Activities are structured to promote communication and fellowship among team members. In particular, they support the improvement of overall team performance towards a common target and the strengthening of commitment and identification in the company values.
Following are some ideas: create your own label or paint with wine are part of the "creative" item. "Sensory" can be experiences such as the blind-tasting game or the Wine-Critics-Dinner. The strategic wine game requires collaboration of team members in terms of marketing and sales, as you have to develop a strategy to launch in a foreign market.
If you want to experience the fascination of working together in a real vineyard, I recommend a team-working experience in the vineyard. In the summer months of September and October, we can organize a real "grape harvest," while in the other months there is work such as green pruning, tying vines or taking care of the poles and wires (always in cooperation with the winery foreman, of course, to do these jobs properly).
